Histamine Sensitivity Symptoms

Do you sometimes feel “allergic to life”? Random things seem to trigger these symptoms – you cannot seem to pinpoint one food, or one issue. It changes day to day, and your doctor is confused and at a loss.

It could be histamine issues and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. This is, once again, rooted in a hyperactive immune system causing inflammation and problems. But it IS a bit of a unique and complex variation of all of that – where nearly ANYTHING can exacerbate the issue. Hormone changes, changes in weather, fresh vs left over foods, one night of poor sleep, more stress one day…

This is a newer issue creeping up – it used to be very rare, but now we’re seeing it more and more, especially in Covid Long Haul Syndrome.

Because of the rarity it USED to be, I did not work with this syndrome or issues and referred them out. But as more and more of my clients have presented with it this past year, I have been diving deeper into it, and learning more about how we find the root cause driving these allergy-based reactions, so we can address it.
