Introducing the Gutsy Gals!

Kicking off a weekly chat show with Andee Peabody Fitzgerald. She’s a bad-ass momma with a degree in Sports Medicine, dual masters in Biomechanics and Exercise Physiology, and working on a PhD in Biomedical Informatics.

We came together as she was looking for new avenues of health because conventional medicine was left scratching their heads for the past decade regarding her chronic health issues.

And she was introduced to me and my business.

We started working from a Functional Nutrition and lifestyle perspective, targeting GI health, and saw amazing results in 6 months!

And now we’re bring our textbook, practical, and real-life knowledge to light.

We’re fighting against conventional medicine being treated as “the only way.”It has its place, but it also has its limits.

In this kick-off episode, we discuss our backgrounds a bit. Then we chat about the differences in Conventional Medicine and Functional Medicine, the massive 17 year delay from proven research to standard practice with most doctors, polypharmacy, being empowered to question your doctor when needed and keep looking for answers!
